Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst
The Company Common Securitization Solutions (CSS) is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team of talented professionals. This is a full-time remote opportunity. CSS built and operates the largest and most advanced mortgage securitization platform in the world, supporting the Uniform Mortgage-Backed Security (UMBS) of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years within Financial Planning and Analysis supporting business areas.
- The ability to synthesize data and offer unique perspective; thinking critically and effectively challenges others’ assumptions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical and detail oriented.
- Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and complete projects
- Experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated financial modeling and analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting.
