Job Description

Do you want to be part of a fast growing international organization? We are looking for an experienced and independent international trader with a proven track record in the meat industry. In this role you will be fully responsible for both purchasing and sales, from negotiation to delivery. Your day-to-day activities:

  • Actively purchase and sell meat in international markets
  • Negotiate contracts, prices and delivery terms
  • Maintain and expand our existing customer and supplier network
  • Monitor market trends and respond to them to gain competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and administration

Qualifications

This is you: As an International Trader Meat, you will be responsible for both purchasing and selling meat products. You will negotiate prices, monitor quality and ensure punctual compliance with all agreements. You play an important role in maintaining existing contacts and establishing new business relationships on both the buying and selling side. In addition, you closely monitor market conditions and trends to ensure that you always stay ahead in a competitive market. You will work internally to ensure correct administrative handling of all transactions and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. You

  • 5-10 years of experience as a trader in the meat industry
  • Strong commercial insight and proven negotiation skills
  • An existing international network in the industry is a major advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree level of thinking and working
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Additional Information
