Ultimate Playbook revolutionizes District Sales Manager dealer consultations by equipping and empowering them with a world-class solution that drives growth and profitability to improve performance for Cadillac and our dealer network.Provide support for retail-related items including new and used car incentives, production, sales and distribution. Develop analytical solutions to improve business results. Assist with the alignment of Cadillac business and data functions to maximize effectiveness, drive efficiency and provide innovative tools and solutions to large data sets.Key features of Ultimate Playbook include:Multiple customizable reportsCadillac dealer KPIsPresentation builderEmail builderField personnel performance (CAP) metric tracking and managementIdeal candidates should bring strong technical skills in data analytics and software development, along with the ability to learn and understand the needs of Cadillac field staff and dealers.
