Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement management and leadership training programs, sessions, and initiatives that drive business results
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent development needs and recommend high-impact solutions
• Facilitate instructor-led training, virtual online sessions, webinars, and blended learning journeys
• Establish and maintain a high-performance culture, coaching, mentoring, and training specialists and facilitators
• Analyze system data, track learner satisfaction, and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements
