Senior Product Analyst - Unlock Data-Driven Insights and Drive Business Growth

Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our Chewy Ads team, where you'll play a pivotal role in informing business decisions, driving product development, and optimizing revenue-generating features. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your analytical expertise, digital marketing experience, and passion for building innovative products to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of key initiatives in ads system development, ensuring data-driven decision-making and optimal yield optimization
• Gather and analyze complex data to craft critical business decisions, driving revenue growth and process improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and ad operations teams to develop and support product releases and operational processes
• Own the creation and management of business and system dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Identify and solve revenue-generating features and projects, leveraging data analysis and domain expertise to drive business outcomes
• Serve as the go-to expert for ads teams, providing unparalleled end-to-end understanding of the production system and answering complex questions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics)
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, product development, or a related field
• Prior experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or equivalent), SQL, and data query, presentation, and ETL approaches (Snowflake, Airflow, Tableau Prep, Office 365)
• Proven ability to structure complex problems, identify solutions, and present findings to diverse audiences
• Strong understanding of marketing and digital advertising principles, with a customer-first attitude and passion for delivering exceptional end-to-end experiences
• Comfort working in a matrixed organization with large cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital ads and ecommerce performance advertising (e.g., Search ads, Social, Display)
• Experience with publisher yield management and advertiser-facing reporting

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $129,500.00 - $207,000.00, influenced by relevant experience, education, and work location. Additionally, this position is eligible for:
