As a Senior Cyber Security Manager at TTI, Inc., you will be responsible for protecting our computers, networks, and data against threats, including security breaches, computer viruses, and cyber attacks. You will lead a team of cyber security professionals, overseeing incident response, data security, and vulnerability management. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the success of our Cybersecurity program, and you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for cyber security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect our systems and data
• Lead a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
• Oversee incident response, data security, and vulnerability management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security projects and initiatives
• Provide expert guidance on security matters, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6-8 years of professional cyber security experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• CISSP or comparable certification preferred
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts
• Strong understanding of cyber security operations, threat management, and risk assessment
