Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and operations of Reading Partners' tutoring programs at a school partner
• Provide ongoing tutoring to students and manage student and tutor data records
• Forge and maintain positive relationships with students, families, tutors, and school staff
• Guide, coach, and provide feedback and ongoing support to volunteer tutors

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• US Citizenship, Permanent Resident Status, or US National
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Commitment to successfully completing a full term of service (1,200+ hours)
