In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and communication strategies to drive business outcomes and partner engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for deeper partnership, process improvements, and innovation
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring informed and engaged stakeholders through strategic communication and change management
• Apply program management expertise to drive work forward, meeting project goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Understand the retail partner experience to deliver results that drive business success and partner satisfaction

We're looking for a seasoned program manager with:

• 5+ years of strategic program leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale transformational programs
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing and leading initiative structures, governance, and rhythm of business
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations
• A self-starter mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and the ability to work independently and interdependently with diverse stakeholders
