Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors promptly, responding to inquiries and providing wayfinding information as needed
• Obtain patient identification, verify information in EMR, and ensure accurate check-in/out processes
• Assist patients with self-serve kiosks, queue management, and provide updates on wait times
• Interface effectively with the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and a favorable patient experience
• Adhere to health care regulatory guidelines, including OSHA, HIPAA, and CMS, to maintain a safe and compliant environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
