We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Data Analysts to join our innovative Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team, working remotely with occasional travel to Springfield, IL. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex healthcare-related data, developing informative reports, and ensuring data integrity to support business decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong focus on data-driven insights
• 5+ years of SQL development experience, including performance tuning and optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proven team collaboration and adaptability, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with healthcare-related data systems and applications
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with data warehousing best practices and data governance principles
• Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex healthcare-related data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decision-making
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, BI tools, and other technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technical solutions, and ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Perform data profiling, validation, and quality assurance to identify data anomalies and ensure data reliability
• Document data processes, maintain technical documentation, and provide regular project updates to customers and stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members, provide technical training and guidance, and contribute to the growth and development of the team
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our data analysis and reporting capabilities
