Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of trucks in and out of the warehouse, managing yard operations, and maintaining accurate records. Your duties will include:

• Checking in and out trailers, logging trailer status, and updating records
• Reviewing inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinating trailer movement, directing drivers, and communicating with internal teams
• Maintaining a safe and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Administrative or warehousing experience, with a strong understanding of logistics and operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
