Job Summary:

We're seeking a Medicare Consumer Support Advocate to work with our clients, helping seniors navigate their Medicare plan coverage and options. As a Medicare Consumer Support Advocate, you'll engage in meaningful conversations with America's golden generation, connecting them with our partners, licensed benefit advisors. If you're passionate about working with seniors, have a sales mindset, and a disciplined attitude for success, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • Medicare experience or experience working with seniors
  • Sales or direct sales experience
  • Sales mindset with a disciplined attitude for success
  • Call center or customer service experience
  • A working computer, webcam, headset, and solid internet connection speeds
  • Functional and efficient work-from-home setup
  • People-oriented attitude
  • Previous MLM experience welcome
  • Retirees also welcome!

A Day in the Life:

As a Medicare Consumer Support Advocate, you'll engage in conversations with America's golden generation, helping them review their Medicare plan coverage and options by connecting them with our partners, licensed benefit advisors. You'll field both inbound and outbound calls, with no cold calling. Our interactions are meaningful and memorable, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
