We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Childcare Network in West Point, GA. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our young students.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of our students

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets all licensing and accreditation standards
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress, needs, and achievements
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement

Requirements

• 1-3 years of teaching experience or certification (we will support you in obtaining certification if needed)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a state-required criminal background check
• Meet all state certifications and requirements
