Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality project applications used by the Advanced Channels group.
• Create and maintain DevOps processes for cloud infrastructure both on-premises and in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Provide code reviews, training, and guidance for junior engineers.
• Accurately estimate deliverable timelines.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical code.
• Write automated unit, integration, and e2e tests.
• Develop applied, practical, and efficient structures and curate OpenAPI specs.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred) or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Design thinking, focus on Test-Driven Development, and emphasis on security.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Engineer Workspace, DevOps, Jenkins, Code Construct/Code Pipeline, API Gateways, Lambdas, DynamoDB, Nexus, Gitlab, Readiness, or related technologies.
• Quality-focused development practices, with automation at the forefront for continuous quality.
• Executions involving best practices for data security.
• A solid understanding of architecture designs.
• 3+ years of experience using JSON, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API-centric/microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of web/mobile application engineering and security, OAuth, and broad experience executing APIs (REST) through microservices.
• 3+ years of active UI development experience using Responsive Design.
• Proficiency in Bootstrap or Foundation frameworks.
• Experience or exposure to DynamoDB and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Multi-level Engineering, Objective/Visio modeling.
• Experience with Cypress, Quip, UML, Mockito, Wire Mock, Unix Scripting.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile team environment.
