We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our team at Celerity Consulting Group, LLC. As an entry-level business and data analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills in data analysis and consulting, and contribute to the success of our clients in the utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members in executing information-intensive activities and developing capabilities in consulting, data analysis, document management, and communication
• Plan and monitor tasks, including defining work steps, reporting progress, and advising on potential issues
• Perform detailed analytical tasks, such as reviewing business and technical documents, performing searches, and manipulating data in Excel or Access
• Maintain tracking logs, perform spreadsheet analyses, and summarize results
• Draft correspondence, monitor project schedules, and maintain project documentation
• Demonstrate aptitude for information management and analytical competencies, including database concepts, data processing activities, and spreadsheet analyses

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information management, or a similar field from an accredited institution
• One year of experience in a client-facing and/or customer service role (experience in the Gas & Utility Industry is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with intermediate-level skills preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned locations in Northern California
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual contributor
