About the Role:

In this full-time, remote position, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our card members, addressing their concerns, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience with American Express. You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to deliver the world's best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to premium card members via chat, addressing their concerns and providing personalized support
• Utilize your expertise to offer tailored solutions, enhancing the customer experience and fostering brand loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
• Stay up-to-date with American Express products and services, making recommendations to card members as needed
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and prioritizing the customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Proficiency in using technology platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
