Remote Customer Service Specialist - Health & Life Insurance

What You'll Do:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Resolve complex customer issues related to health and life insurance policies, including re-rating and claims assistance.
• Interpret policies, rules, and regulations to find the best solutions for our customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and requests in our systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• A strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
