Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician IV, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our equipment and facilities. You will work collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and implement new technologies. Your expertise will help us maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and general maintenance on equipment and parts
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Work with PLCs, robotics, and other control systems
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement new technologies
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area according to 5S principles
• Provide training and technical support to team members
• Participate in Lean Events and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., maintenance, engineering, or technology) or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and analytical aptitude
• Proficiency in PLCs, robotics, and control systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
