Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA teams and drive excellence in software delivery at ProArch. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy and framework, aligning with business goals and objectives to ensure exceptional software delivery.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth and a culture of quality excellence.
• Oversee the entire QA process, from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring defects are identified and managed effectively to guarantee high-quality software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to define and refine product requirements, test strategies, and deliverables, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
• Establish and track key quality metrics, KPIs, and performance targets, continuously monitoring and reporting on quality and process improvements to drive business growth.
• Ensure adherence to industry-recognized QA best practices and standards across all projects, including both manual and automated testing approaches, to maintain exceptional quality and consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and tools, leveraging industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding quality issues and strategies, providing expert guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT testing, with a proven track record of QA leadership and excellence.
• Domain knowledge of the U.S. Healthcare industry (desired), with a deep understanding of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, with a strong background in managing complex QA projects and teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
