Job Summary: As a Healthcare Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you will provide personalized and empathetic support to the medical community, responding to health-related questions from medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities via phone. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process questions from medical professionals and respond accordingly via phone
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to the medical community
- Utilize your knowledge of various diseases and illnesses to provide accurate and helpful information
- Communicate effectively with medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- LPN with 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Associate's degree and/or Certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak with proper English grammar and syntax
- Proficiency in word processing and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently without supervision
