Amazon Account Specialist - Remote (Brazil)

Job Summary Amazon is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Account Specialist to join our remote team in Brazil. This role plays a crucial part in supporting sellers and partners on Amazons marketplace, providing best-in-class account management, and helping drive business growth across Amazons platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for third-party sellers and contribute to their success by improving operations, solving problems, and optimizing their performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • *

Serve as the main contact for assigned seller accounts, ensuring exceptional seller satisfaction and service.

  • *

Provide strategic consultation to sellers regarding Amazons policies, best practices, and growth opportunities.

  • *

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and growth.

  • *

Proactively resolve issues related to seller performance, product listings, inventory, payments, and customer feedback.

  • *

Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, compliance, marketing, and tech support to ensure smooth seller operations.

  • *

Stay up-to-date on Amazon policies, systems, and tools to provide accurate information and training to sellers.

  • *

Document and track all communication and resolutions within Amazons internal systems.

  • *

Support onboarding and training for new sellers as needed.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • *

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

  • *

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

  • *

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • *

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • *

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  • *

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and CRM systems.

  • Experience
  • *

Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, customer service, e-commerce, or a related field.

  • *

Experience working with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

  • *

Familiarity with online marketplace dynamics and performance metrics is highly desirable.

  • Working Hours
  • *

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Brasília Time), with flexibility to support sellers in different time zones when needed.

Occasional weekend or evening support may be required depending on business needs.

In-depth understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketplaces.

Knowledge of Brazilian e-commerce regulations and customer expectations.
