Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team of Amazon experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Provide white-glove service to customers across multiple ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
- Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts and schedule posts for our clients
- Assist Analytics in reports and data downloads
- Collaborate with team members to achieve Centers of Excellence annual commitments
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction across all clients with their needs
- Effortlessly collaborate with all blithequark team members
- Work closely with fast-moving entrepreneurs who expect their team to be at the top of their game
- Handle fires, learn new technologies/marketing techniques, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualification Requirements
* Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software
- Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike
- Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS
- Hands-on individual, self-starter, with the ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform is preferred, but not required
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients
