Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist (Remote) at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, conducting research studies, and providing feedback to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is collected and processed in a timely and accurate manner. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home and choose your own hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems

  • Conduct research studies and provide feedback to clients
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that all data is collected and processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
  • Data entry skills with a minimum of 25 words per minute typing speed
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Knowledge of research methods and data collection techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
