Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative on our Blended Support Team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to multiple clients, handling inbound calls, emails, or chats, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging our cutting-edge technology and CRM system to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple clients, following a guided process and logging each interaction in our CRM system

  • Gather and verify customer information, documenting it accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, using active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications with ease

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving

  • Previous experience working remotely, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work
  • Basic technical support experience, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Job Requirements:

* Must be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)

  • Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within our company's hours of operation
  • Attendance is vital, with a focus on punctuality and reliability
  • A quiet place to work at home with a locked door, free from distractions and background noise

Tech Requirements:

* Desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)

  • Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation)/AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
  • 8GB RAM as a floor, 16GB RAM preferred
  • Dual monitor
  • High-quality USB headset
  • Hardwired internet connection at all times
  • Minimum internet speeds: 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, less than 20ms ping stability
  • No Spectrum internet service provider

Pay and Benefits:

* Pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience

  • Part-time sick time eligible after 6 months of employment
  • Paid Time Off and 401k with company match eligible after 1 year of employment
