Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Registering sales on assigned cash register, processing transactions, and handling returns and exchanges * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays * Assisting with visual merchandising, including constructing and maintaining displays and completing resets and revisions * Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products * Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance * Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned Training & Personal Development As a valued member of our team, you'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.
