Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with our clients and their customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing accurate, valid, and complete information, resolving customer complaints, and exceeding sales targets. If you're a motivated, empathetic, and communicative individual with a track record of over-achieving quota, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and accuracy
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service abilities, with a proven track record of over-achieving quota
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to respond to diverse customer needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong data entry skills and computer proficiency
  • Experience with outbound calling and sales, with a preference for sales and upselling experience
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, with Spanish language proficiency advantageous
  • High school diploma or GED, with authorization to work in the United States and residency in any state except CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI
