Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our part-time Chat Specialist team. As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Responsibilities

As a part-time Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues and providing solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think critically in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

Shifts

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your schedule, including:

  • Day shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EDT
  • Evening shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-1:00 AM EDT
  • Night shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM EDT
