As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Responsibilities
As a part-time Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
- Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
