Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls on our multi-line phone system during scheduled hours, providing exceptional service to our customers
  • Making outbound calls for service, follow-ups, and membership inspections to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Responding to email correspondence and coordinating with customers to address their needs and concerns
  • Monitoring and contacting expired memberships to prevent lapses and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office

  • Knowledge or experience with the ServiceTitan program, which will enable you to hit the ground running

  • Superior phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Superior organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software
  • A clean criminal background and a commitment to being drug-free
  • A team player mentality, with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to support colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Job Type and Schedule

This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week. The expected schedule is:

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed, with advance notice and compensation

Education and Experience

While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, we welcome candidates with a variety of educational backgrounds. However, we do require:

  • 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to relocate to Norfolk, VA, prior to starting work

Ability to Relocate

We require candidates to relocate to Norfolk, VA, prior to starting work. This is a non-negotiable requirement, as we value the importance of our team members being physically present in our office.

Work Location

This is an in-person role, requiring you to work from our office location in Norfolk, VA.
