Job Summary

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative - Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, data entry, and other online projects. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our industry by participating in polls and product testing.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and other online channels

  • Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Entering customer information into our database + Processing customer feedback and reviews + Participating in polls and product testing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as adhere to company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 16 years of age or older

  • Proficient with basic PC skills, including but not limited to:

+ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) + Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) + Internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

  • Reliable internet connection and computer with internet access
  • Quiet working area away from distractions
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills
  • Desire to learn and grow with our organization

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

  • Familiarity with online platforms and tools, including but not limited to:
