We're seeking an experienced French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our French-speaking customers receive prompt, clear, and helpful support via voice and chat. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding support in both French and English through voice and chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is prompt, clear, and helpful.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with professionalism and urgency, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
- Building strong relationships with our customers by personalizing each interaction and providing tailored support.
- Collaborating with your team to ensure consistent and high-quality service, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive excellence.
- Sharing customer feedback and insights to help improve our processes and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Experience using platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems is an advantage, but not essential.
Tech Requirements
To perform this role, you will need:
- A personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
- A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
