Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dublin, GA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including response times and resolution rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
