Graphic Designer & Content Creator
Too Sweet Cakes is a community-rooted bakery brand with retail and production operations across Arizona and Oregon. They are seeking a visually-driven Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join their marketing team, responsible for creating engaging visual content and maintaining brand consistency across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce Instagram Stories, static posts, carousels, and visual editorials aligned with our brand aesthetic and seasonal campaigns
- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content including Reels and TikToks
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs — typography, color, tone, and style
- Stay ahead of visual trends on Instagram and TikTok, bringing fresh ideas and formats to the team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life visually
- Support content calendar execution by delivering assets on time and to spec
- Assist with on-site content capture at retail locations and production/warehouse space as needed
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related creative role
- Strong proficiency in design tools — Canva is a must; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent) is a strong plus
- Experience creating short-form video content, with an understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok
- A sharp eye for aesthetics — composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Self-starter who takes creative initiative and brings ideas to the table, not just executes them
- A portfolio is required to be considered for this role. Please include examples of branded social media content (Stories, carousels, static posts), short-form video or Reels (links to Instagram, TikTok, or a video reel welcome), and any editorial, campaign, or lifestyle work that represents your aesthetic
- Bonus: photography skills, experience with food or lifestyle brands
