Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analytics Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our data analytics team and developing strategies to drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and leadership will be essential in driving business results and helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and innovation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and implement data analytics tools and processes to support business decision making
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and drive business results
• Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data analytics and business innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• At least 2 years of experience in a data analytics or related role
• Proven track record of driving business results through data-driven insights
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of data analysts and scientists
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
• Experience with data governance policies and procedures, including data quality and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• Experience with advanced data analysis tools and technologies, such as machine learning and deep learning
• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Power BI and QlikView
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with data governance frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
