Job Summary

As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. You'll work closely with external vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts, manage inventory, and resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with external vendors to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to quality standards.

  • Work with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders as required, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide past-due notifications to vendors, ensuring prompt action is taken to resolve any delays.
  • Manage maintenance/transportation plans and stock reports to ensure the timely delivery of materials required.
  • Provide transportation and development data to large workgroups, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Revise FMR (Flight Management Report) or log pages with current aircraft data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Create and revise Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams to provide clear visibility into inventory levels and supply chain performance.
  • Maintain accurate buying records and information within purchasing software programs.
  • Assist Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions and vendors to address any discrepancies in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity.
  • Assist supervisors in resolving receipt issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Work with Vendor Managers to identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues.

Essential Qualifications

* Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/organizational skills.

  • 1 year of experience in a warehouse or expeditor role or equivalent experience in a production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.

  • Experience with inventory management software and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Certification in inventory management or a related field.
