[Remote] Head of Growth
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nothing else is a sensitive skincare brand focusing on preservative-free formulas. They are seeking a Fractional Head of Growth to drive customer acquisition and digital growth strategies in collaboration with the Founder.
Responsibilities
- Drive Aggressive Acquisition: Own the conversion engine. Establish a high-velocity creative testing pipeline, taking what's working organically and weaponizing it via paid testing and landing page variations to scale daily transaction volume
- Own Retention: Design, deploy, and continuously optimize our core email and SMS automation flows (Klaviyo) to maximize customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates
- Direct Creative Performance: Translate web and ad data into actionable creative briefs. You will tell our content creator exactly what hooks, formats, and product angles are converting traffic into buyers
- Build the Funnel: Ruthlessly analyze our Shopify funnel. Identify conversion bottlenecks, suggest landing page optimizations, and improve our overall site conversion rate (CVR)
- Paid Media Prep & Oversight: Establish our tracking infrastructure (pixels, attribution tools) and manage a small, highly targeted testing budget for paid acquisition as we scale
- Establish Growth Infrastructure: Deploy the baseline tracking (pixels, attribution) and manage a highly efficient, targeted budget for paid acquisition. You will find our profitable baseline before we pour fuel on the fire
