Responsibilities

  • Handle payments to suppliers and other parties using various platforms, including banks, EMIs, and corporate cards;
  • Verify and validate payment requests and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance before processing;
  • Assist in managing and forecasting cash flow to support the company’s liquidity planning;
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all payment transactions, ensuring transparency and traceability;
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure payment-related matters are handled effectively;
  • Generate financial reports on payment activities and outstanding balances to support reporting and analysis;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies;
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payment processes for efficiency and accuracy;
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and other departments to facilitate effective end-to-end payment operations;
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members involved in payment-related activities, promoting consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • Solid understanding of banking systems and payment methods;
  • Experience with banks, payment systems, or high-volume transaction processing is considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills;
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment;
  • Flexible and open to new challenges;
  • Knowledge of Kyriba software is a plus;
  • Business-level proficiency in English (B2 level or higher – CEFR).
