Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between Finance and Operations, learning the business from start to finish and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and implement effective financial and performance-related reporting, in partnership with business leaders, to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze data from multiple sources, compiling it into dashboards, reports, and ongoing analyses to validate and support business decisions.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets and income statement forecasts, to drive business growth and optimization.

Requirements:

• 2-year college degree required; 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting a plus.
• Proven experience in corporate finance or financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, financial modeling, and data analysis (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumifs, etc.).
• Ability to conduct quantitative research, interpret financial data accurately, and communicate complex ideas effectively.
