Position Summary

The Remote Registered Nurse will assess, analyze, and resolve complex patient situations in accordance with established state-driven care guidelines. Experience with Medicaid plans is highly desirable. Claims processing experience is a fundamental prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patient needs remotely.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Resolve complex patient issues and concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical case management experience (Business, Medicaid, Government healthcare, etc.)
• Experience working in a production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Proficiency with computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with QNXT claims processing.
• Experience in a care management role.
• Edifecs data experience.

The pay range reflects the base hourly rate or base annual full-time compensation for all positions within this grade. The actual compensation will vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
