Your Impact

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Communication: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Request Processing: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Call Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
  • Upselling: Upsell if required.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 years of age or older.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
  • Typing Speed: Typing 25 WPM.
  • PC Operation: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Composure: Ability to stay composed and objective.
  • Listening Skills: Strong listening skills.

To work from home, you'll need:

  • High-Speed Internet: High-speed internet required, with proof of internet speed required.
