Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working collaboratively with our team to achieve daily goals, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
  • Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and store operations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong sales and customer service background, with experience in retail or a related field
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field
  • A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to regular and predictable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field
